The Northern Illinois Society for Human Resource Management (NISHRM) is excited to announce that we are accepting applications for one (1) $1,000 scholarship that is being offered for the 2012-2013 school year.
In order to be eligible, the applicant must:
· Be pursuing a career in human resources and have completed two courses related to
human resources
· Be currently enrolled in college level classes and maintain at least 15 credit hours
· Have completed a minimum of 24 hours of college credits
· Have earned the equivalent of a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
· Be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
· Demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities and/or commitment to community service
· Demonstrate an active involvement in extracurricular activities and programs within the school or through outside organizations
Being a student member of the Northern Illinois Society for Human Resources Management (NISHRM) is a plus for applicants.
